I've been looking all over the internet trying to find some information on sevre dyskaryosis and havnt found anything, can anybody give me any information please?

I could give you a potted version but I think the best place for you is a site called Jo's Trust.

It just covers cervical conditions - the pre cancerous stages such as yours to the cancerous stages. There will be someone there to help you in a lot more detail than I can give at the moment.
