Please can anyone suggest a treatment or operating hospital for this young child?

In Jan 2009 complained about headaches, retching.
At night on 7th Feb 2009 attack of headache accompanied by retching.
Hospitalized at a Children's Clinical Hospital.
MRI of brain 8th February 2009 (Magnetic ...Resonance Tomography research) with Contrast Substance revealed cysto-solid space-occupying lesion of right frontal lobe with dimensions 65*50*50 mm well-defined with perifocal edema.
Oculist consultation - stagnation of disk of optic nerve.
